We believe in creating happiness through all the products we create. We recognize however, that sometimes you might try a product you don't end up being completely satisfied with. Perhaps it was intended for a different skin type or perhaps you just don't like the fragrance. Hey, we get it, believe us! The bottom line is that everyone is different and sometimes one of our products just isn't for you for one reason or another. It is with that in mind that we crafted our hassle free return process.
One way or another, we want to make you happy and if returning your purchase is what makes you happy, then that is what we are going to do.
If you are not 100% in love with your Tiber product, you can easily make an exchange or receive a refund from us within 45 days of the purchase date, provided the product is still at least 70% full. As we said above, we believe that your products should create happiness, and we will try to help you in any way we can. Simply complete the contact form below and one of our Happiness Agents will get back to you ASAP!
Generally, the answer is no.
When you order some of our products during periods of extreme temperatures, the product may freeze or melt during transit. This is unfortunately not something we can control. If you receive a product that is melted or frozen, don't fret!
As we work with naturally-derived ingredients, the texture may change slightly after returning to room temperature, but be assured, the product efficacy will remain intact and it will still work!
For liquid products that have frozen, just let them sit in your home and return to room temperature. Once thawed, shake or mix vigorously.
Do not microwave or otherwise try and artificially heat frozen product to thaw.
For solid products (like lipsilks) that have melted, just shaking vigorously or mixing and placing the product in the fridge should do the trick!
Upon our receipt of your return or exchange request and the returned product (if required), your return will be processed within 10 business days. We always do our best to turn refunds and exchanges around much quicker that this however, there are times when things take just a bit longer and we appreciate your understanding.
There are times where we may ask for the returned product back. We reserve this right. If we require you to return your product to us, our team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the product(s) to us at no cost to you.
After your return has been processed and all returned items have been received by us (if applicable) you're refund will be processed.
All refunds are placed back onto the credit card or gift card that was used to pay for the original product order.
