Not Completely Satisfied With Your Purchase?
We believe in creating happiness through all the products we create. We recognize however, that sometimes you might try a product you don't end up being completely satisfied with. Perhaps it was intended for a different skin type or perhaps you just don't like the fragrance. Hey, we get it, believe us! The bottom line is that everyone is different and sometimes one of our products just isn't for you for one reason or another. It is with that in mind that we crafted our return process. One way or another, we want to make you happy and if returning your purchase is what makes you happy, then that is what we are going to do.
Do you want to make a return?
If you are not 100% in love with your Tiber product, you can easily make an exchange or receive a refund from us within 45 days of the purchase date (The product must be at least 70% full). As we said above, we believe that your products should create happiness, and we will try to help you in any way we can. Simply complete the contact form below and one of our Happiness Agents will get back to you ASAP!
Frozen or melted product?
If you ordered during periods of extreme temperatures and received a frozen or melted product, do not fret! Simply let the product return to room temperature. Then, for liquid products shake vigorously and for solid products (lip silks), simply returning them to room temperature should do the trick. As we are working with naturally-derived ingredients, the texture may change slightly but be assured, the product efficacy will remain intact and it will still work! As noted above however, if you are still not completely satisfied, we are going to make it right. Just let us know.
Did you purchase the product online?
If you purchased the product online or through an Ambassador, you can receive the refund or exchange in any of our store locations by bringing in the invoice and the product. You can also make the refund or exchange with Customer Service by filling out the return form below. We may request that the item be shipped back to us at no cost to you. If we do, our customer Service will provide you with a link that allows you to ship the product back to us – on us!
