Not Completely Satisfied With Your Purchase?


We believe in creating happiness through all the products we create. We recognize however, that sometimes you might try a product you don't end up being completely satisfied with. Perhaps it was intended for a different skin type or perhaps you just don't like the fragrance. Hey, we get it, believe us! The bottom line is that everyone is different and sometimes one of our products just isn't for you for one reason or another. It is with that in mind that we crafted our return process. One way or another, we want to make you happy and if returning your purchase is what makes you happy, then that is what we are going to do.


Do you want to exchange or return?

If you are not 100% in love with your Tiber product, and your product has at least 70% remaining, you can easily make an exchange or receive a refund from us within 45 days of the purchase date. As we said above, we believe that your products should create happiness, and we will try to help you in any way we can. Simply complete the contact form below and one of our Happiness Agents will get back to you ASAP!


Frozen or melted product?

Please be aware that when ordering some of our products during periods of extreme temperatures, the product may freeze or melt during transit. This is unfortunately not something we can control. If you receive a product that is melted or frozen, don't fret! For liquid products that have frozen, just let them sit in your home and return to room temperature. Once thawed, shake or mix vigorously. (Do not microwave or otherwise try and artificially heat to thaw). For solid products (like lip silks) that have melted, just shaking vigorously or mixing and placing the product in the fridge should do the trick! As we are working with naturally-derived ingredients, the texture may change slightly but be assured, the product efficacy will remain intact and it will still work!


Return processing

A few final notes on returns:

    1. Upon our receipt of your return or exchange request and the returned product (if required), your return will be processed within 10 business days. We always do our best to turn refunds and exchanges around much quicker that this however, there are times when things take just a bit longer and we appreciate your understanding.
    2. If we require you to return your product to us, our happiness team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. All you need to do is print, and drop of at your local UPS agent.
    3. We are only able to refund the credit card that was used to pay for the original product order. Thank you for your understanding.
    4. We do not refund the initial shipping charges. If you receive a replacement product, we will not charge you shipping again, but if we issue a refund it will exclude the shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.
