Canadian Shipping Options
We ship all our packages with Canada Post.
Packages ship from our Winnipeg distribution center in Canada and are shipped direct to your door with Canada Post's do not safe drop option. If no one is home to receive the parcel, the Canada Post driver will leave you a delivery notice card telling you where to pickup the item at a designated post office.
During the colder months we may switch to using Card For Pickup. In these cases, Canada Post does not attempt direct delivery of your products but rather delivers you a notice card that will let you know to pick up your package at the nearest post office. We do this so that during the colder months your products do not freeze on your doorstep. Please note that Government issued photo ID will be required at your post office to pick up parcels.
As we ship with Canada Post, we are able to deliver to any P.O. Box address in Canada. These deliveries will be available for pickup at your nearest post office.

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Tiber River does not back order.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at (204) 632-8592. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Please ensure to include your order number in your email or have it ready to provide over the telephone.
Order Shipment Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. If you already have a tracking number, click here to track your shipment.
